Sewing is not the only crafty thing I do. For instance, I am an avid friendship bracelet maker, and for some reason I can't stop making envelopes out of everything I can get my hands on. (p.s. I love mail!)

Picked this up at a thrift store today (for 50¢), along with 3 posters ($1.50) and a couple tops ($2). If you don’t know or hadn’t already figured it out, my name is Carmen. Incidentally, Bizet’s Carmen is the only opera I have ever seen. I have, however, seen it 3 times. I highly recommend it! I love the music. Go listen to the music right now. I have never heard the ballet music. Admittedly, I didn’t know there had ever been a ballet version until I found this record. I would love to see Carmen as a ballet.
I don’t own a turntable, although I hope to within a year. In the meantime I will take this with me next time I visit my parents and give it a listen. *Gasp* I hope they don’t get rid of their record player when they move. No way. They wouldn’t do that.
